Interserve choose Vietec as decant ICT partner for Sandwell BSF

Interserve chose Vietec for their partner to provide decant ICT at schools as part of the Sandwell BSF project. During the Autumn of 2009 Vietec provided decant solutions at Holly Lodge High School. The project was delivered over a 6 week period and was in place for when the school moved from the existing building to the decant village, this included;

• A new redundant fibre network using a laser link for triangulation;
• 330 Category 5e outlets;
• A wireless network for mobile users
• IP telephone system linked in to the existing structure
• The decant of all PCs, whiteboards, projectors, printers, these were all reinstalled and up and running on the day of move.
